Neff joined us for PT today! He's the guitar player in rock band, one of my best buds here.
We had command PT in the morning, where I had them do 8x15 pushups and crunches.
Then, Taylor, Karl, Neff and I continued outside. We did 3x10 dips, 2x7 of all 5 pullups, 3x30 arm haulers, 2x25 each neck, and one set of the monster situps.
Then, 1.5 miles fast, and 1.5 cooldown.
Totals:
120 Pushups
450 Situps
70 Pullups
90 Dips
90 Haulers
100 Neck
3 miles

No pullups at command PT?
So yesterday I was going to do a workout, but then it was like 8 at night, and I just couldn't will myself to go outside into the dark to do a workout...
So how many people join you for PT? Quite the mob of people you are forming.
Since it's not required for the PFA, I just keep to pushups, situps, and lame stuff like arm circles, squats, etc. Pretty much bootcamp stuff. Plus, only like 7 people in the band can do more than 2 pullups.
I haven't had everyone at the same time, but Taylor, Bryan, Karl and Ed are the regulars. Colleen, Steve, Brian (Neff), Phil, and Ivan have jumped in a time or two.
Wow, that is quite a group you have going there. You just might be training one of the fittest bands ever.
EVER!
Impressive numbers! All hail the BAMF's!
Thanks Ben. However, I think the fittest "band" EVER is one of the SEAL teams based in Guam. Their cover is being a "Navy Band." Really. Now I have to kill you...
